Course Requirements
All Florida Appraiser designations, in a current status, must have 30 hours of continuing education. The 30 hours must include the following:
3-hour Appraisal Law Update, 3 hour Supervisor/Trainee, 7-hour National USPAP course, taught by an AQB certified instructor, and 17 hours in general subjects relevant to the modern practice of appraisal.

To complete the course:
• Students must successfully complete all modules of your online course.
• Students must score at least 80% correct on the end-of-course online exam.
• Student must complete the final exam in one session. Students will not be allowed to complete the final exam in segments.
• Our courses do not require any additional books or study material.
Course Completion
All courses must be completed within six (6) months from date of enrollment.
After satisfactorily completing your online course, you are given the opportunity to print your course completion certificate directly from your own printer.
The school will submit your continuing education completion credit directly to the state of Florida by electronic reporting. All rosters of the attendees must be submitted to the Department by electronic roster according to Department rule.
